Welcome to this month’s Silverman Research newsletter. It has already been a busy year as we officially unleash Crowdoscope.

Using our new online survey and discussion tool, we have been running a number of projects with Unilever and we have generated some pretty spectacular insights which we have shared with their leaders.

As we move into the beginning of the new financial year, we are also pleased to announce that we are working with Aggreko. A FTSE 250 company, Aggreko is the world’s leading supplier of power generation equipment and works across a range of industries from construction to renewable energy.

We are also thrilled to welcome Penguin Random House to Silverman Research, the international home to nearly 250 editorially and creatively independent publishing imprints. After the company’s merger in 2013, we are excited to explore new avenues of generating ideas and solutions for them with the help of Crowdoscope.

Crowdoscope provides a powerful feedback mechanism that gives people the opportunity to interact in an open forum. Rather than feedback disappearing into a black hole, participants have the ability to be heard, receive individual feedback and see what comments and themes are resonating within the community.

And finally…..Will collective intelligence change the way we work?

Organisations are encouraging networks of employees, customers and other external parties to use Collective Intelligence to better monitor and analyse their output and interactions. Increasing the accuracy of predictions and forecasts by crowdsourcing validated insights must surely be the future of employee engagement?
